Recruiting for a full-time, 37.5 hour per week, 10 months per year position (6am - 2pm M-F following the student calendar).

Purpose of position:

- Participates in the preparation, cook and serving of meals.

- Ensures adherence to safety and sanitary procedures in the fool preparation area.

- Coordinates the activities of workers engaged in preparing and service food.

- Coordinates the training of kitchen staff involoved in food preparation and serving.

- Oversees and participates in the cleaning of kitchen, service and storage areas, as well as, kitchen equipment.

- Oversees the preservation and storage of foods.

- Assists with the order and inventory.

$18.40 per hour
